Do you know someone who could use a helping hand to put a Thanksgiving meal on their table this year? If someone you know is struggling financially as a single parent, job loss, medical expenses, transition, etc., we would love to provide them with a complete Thanksgiving dinner they can prepare for their family. Help us to deliver a message of hope to let them know that their community cares about them.
Nominate a Family in Need for a Free Thanksgiving Dinner (feeds 6-8). No proof of need required, but if you would like to share a little story, all information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Nominations must be submitted no later than 12:00pm Friday, November 19th.
The food delivery will be made on Saturday, November 20th from 11:00pm–3:00pm, to give the family plenty of time to prepare it for Thanksgiving Day. The Thanksgiving basket will include:
- A Turkey (with pan)
- Stuffing
- Potatoes
- Gravy
- Butter
- Green Bean Casserole Ingredients
- Cranberry Sauce
- Dinner Rolls
- Pumpkin Pie & Whipped Topping
- Plus recipes and helpful hints
